What you will need:
Pens
Ruler
Let’s get started!
1. Start on a blank two-page spread.

2. Working vertically, divide the first page, starting at the top line, into 5 columns - these will represent your meals.
3. The add in 7 rows - these will represent the days of the week; Monday through to Sunday.

4. On the opposite page, add the title "Shopping List".

5. Start planning and adding in your meals! Simple as that!

You now have the perfect foundation to plan a whole weeks’ worth of meals and plan out your weekly grocery shop accordingly. No more wondering around the supermarket looking for inspiration for those week night dinners; you’ve got them planned and know exactly what ingredients you need to buy.
You’ll also be surprised the savings that arise from meal planning. Because (1) Less food wastage and spoilage as your only buying what you need for the week; and (2) you’ll be less tempted to buy that block of chocolate or packet of chips you really don’t need but get sucked into buying anyway.
Happy Planning!
